our leadership

Deep and diverse real estate investment experience.

experienced leadership

RCP has taken a measured approach to growth, committed to building out its experience levels in the student housing market through strategic portfolio creation, analysis and asset management. This approach has allowed RCP the time to cultivate a strong reputation in the market as known closers on deals in which we go to contract. The principals have strong, long standing relationships with top brokerage, management and owners in the sector, developed over years of industry conferences, phone calls and transactions. Success is defined not only by consistently performing to  the investment objective but purposefully developing efficiency, accountability and determination across the individuals who have a hand in the overall strategy.
